Hemma is Swedish for at home.
Löpning is Swedish for running.
Distances and minimum age
You can choose between three distances.
Hemmavasan Trail 10 – walk, jog, run 10 km – You may participate in the race from the year you turn 11.
Hemmavasan Trail 30 – walk, jog, run 30 km – You may participate in the race from the year you turn 17.
Hemmavasan Ultra 45 – walk, jog, run 45 km – You may participate in the race from the year you turn 17.
Hemmavasan Ultra 90 – walk, jog, run 90 km – You may participate in the race from the year you turn 19.
Course information
You can complete your race no matter where in the world you may be; on your favourite paths in the forests, the streets in town, along small beachside roads or on the local exercise trail.
Start
You start when and where you want during Hemmavasan’s event phase from Friday, August 9, 08.00, until Saturday, August 17, 20.30.
Start certificate will be delivered via email from Monday, August 5.
Maximum time
There are no cut-off time or maximum finishing times in the race. You should be able to complete the race in one go without any significant interruptions.
Time registration and app
To participate in Hemmavasan you must be able to register your race. During the race you will therefore be using the app Vasaloppet. If you cannot use the app, registering your race manually will also be possible.
How you register
Click the button below to register. There you’ll find a registration form. After filling out the form you complete your registration by payment, using card or direct payment via internet bank. You will receive a confirmation email after successful payment.

Registration closes
On Saturday, August 16, at 12.00 it will no longer be possible to register.
Payment
We only accept individual registration. Payment can be completed via Swish, card, invoice (requiring a Swedish personal identity number) or instalments. Your registration is binding.
Receipt and start certificate
Confirmation of your registration will be sent to the email address you provided during the registration process. A start certificate will be sent to your email address a few weeks before the race.
The start certificate and a receipt for your registration can be downloaded from My pages. You will find the start certificate where you can see details about your race. You can download the receipt under My profile. Vasaloppsföreningen Sälen-Mora is a non-profit organization, so no VAT is charged on the registration fee.

Insurance
All participation in Vasaloppet's events is at one's own risk. You are responsible for any insurance you wish to take out.
Accidents
If you've taken out a Folksam Motionsloppsförsäkring Bas insurance, or Folksam Motionsloppsförsäkring Stor insurance, it will also apply to digital races such as Hemmavasan. The cancellation section of this insurance does not apply to digital races.

Follow participants
You can follow participants directly via the app Vasaloppet.
Results
Your results are presented live at vasaloppet.se during the race, giving everyone the opportunity to follow along. Your race can also be followed via the app Vasaloppet. After the race, you can see your complete results and intermediate times.
Diploma
After completing the race you can download a digital diploma on the results page.
Medal
You can order a medal for 145 SEK in connection with registration.
During week 35, we will start sending out the medal to you who ordered it.
Vasaloppstrippeln
To complete Vasaloppstrippeln you need to ski, bike and run 90, 45 or 30 kilometres in forefathers’ tracks, or in Hemmavasan, all in the same year.

Prepare well for your race, to make it as good as possible.
- Look over your equipment in good time.
- Choose your route with care and avoid roads with heavy traffic.
